My Life Was a Busy Blur, and Before I Knew It, I Was Way Overweight.......
I made some seriously bad choices because I was so strapped for time, that I wasn't thinking clearly.....for example:
I couldn't find time for the gym, so I stopped going..........

Summertime had finally come, and my family
wanted to take a vacation together.......so I took off 2 weeks from
work and was looking forward to spending fun time away from the job
with my family.
I was very aware of my weight, but figured it
wasn't THAT bad until I realized that everyone was going to now see my
lumpy body in my skimpy summer clothes........
And I looked FAT!
My husband was very supportive, and said I still
looked pretty to him.........but in my heart I knew he was trying to

But it was the vision I had of me in my head,
sitting on the beach with my kids in a bathing suit.......the whole
